Plym Uni Internships '22/23
We’re taking a moment to reflect on our collaboration with the University of Plymouth School of Society and Culture as an internship provider over the 2022/23 academic year. We had the privilege of hosting four talented students to complete internships at Fotonow, whose commitment and diverse skills made a meaningful impact on our projects!
Christine Johns (Workshop Assistant) contributed greatly to our Culture Connectors Collective project, amplifying its outcomes through her expertise.
Farah Amer (Copywriter) beautifully captured the stories of our Women+ photography group Crescent, showcasing the project’s essence.
Anniina Burgermeister (Podcast Assistant) contributed to a compelling Social Impact Podcast episode featuring photographer Logan Davies, whilst gaining new expertise in Adobe Audition software.
Katrina Lane (Workshop Assistant) supported our SEND Creative Media Programme pilot, aiding its success within the community and as the foundation for our latest SEND project.
Our partnership with the University of Plymouth aligns with our mission of nurturing young talent here at Fotonow, so a big Thank You to the School of Society and Culture and of course to Katrina, Christine, Farah, and Anniina for their fantastic contributions and dedication during their internships!
