Camper Obscura heads to the RSP exhibition at Rook Lane Arts and entertains the visitors with some vivid projections. With support from Michael Cole and Simon Gomery there was plenty of time to see the exhibition and give some press interviews about Fotonow's mobile obscura project. Cancelled trains (no planes thanks) and reliable Skoda automobiles saw Jon and Matt head up to London last week for launch of Heritage Lottery Fund's 'Your Stories' programme, where they met historian Michael Wood. Fotonow will be working with Plymouth City Market over the next 12 months to develop a series of short films, some documentary photography and community workshops leading to an event in October 2013!

Fotonow CIC's work with young people in Southway during the Spring / Summer 2012 led to a community film made by participants that learned new skills in film-making while creating a narrative about their feelings regarding living in this community. The work was supported by Barefoot and has led to ongoing project work by Fotonow in the area.

Fotonow installed an exhibition of photographs in Brislington today, the show a culmination of work with a group of young people who have been recording their community and produced superb works that were displayed in the youth centre that is due for demolition.

Foto+ Collective head along to the annual Plymouth Social Enterprise Fair and make portraits of some of the city's community focused business leaders. The event at the Roland Levinsky Building offered a chance to see good social enterprises in the city celebrated.
