Our aspiration is to evolve the program for those involved to create a successful young person?s photography agency operating from Liskeard but mobile throughout the region to dovetail with the photographic requirements of regional festivals and ongoing events in music and performance. Structuring a new photographic project that has its roots and values in community development means optimising the resources and the knowledge of Liskeard and locally based people to enhance interaction between young people and the community.
